QualificationsB. . /B. . in Computer Science or related discipline, or 10+ years of related practicalexperience. + years of experience in leading CRM technical team in people manager role or equivalent. + years of experience in CRM Architecture and Design. + years project planning experience. + years of experience programming experience in Apex, Java, Scala, Javascript, C/C++, C#,Objective-C, Python, and/or Ruby. QualificationsAbility to work with geographically distributed teams. building and running in production (24x7 environments) large-scaledistributed systems. with both Waterfall and Agile Development. with integration tools like Dell Boomi, a plus. -to-Cash certified or extensive experience in Quote-to-Cash applications, a plus. judgment on when to build versus buy a solution. knowledge of developing web applications using both frontend and backendcomponents. Enterprise Architecture Experience. the overall delivery from APAC. a team of CRM developers with a passion for mentoring and growing top technical talent. production support team which takes care of ongoing issues and small-scale feature enhancements. day to day support to Integration, Data and Quality Assurance team. all technical aspects of projects, integrations, and solutions developed on the CRM platformDrive execution of product and technology roadmap by collaborating with team, product management, software architects, and business partners. a collaborative work environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, innovation and learning, while holding a high bar for craftsmanship. all people management functions. ongoing vendor relationships and participate in new vendor evaluations. across own organization to identify shared goals and builds joint plans to optimize efficiencies. both a short term and long-term view of the business when making recommendations.
