Job Scope:The Linux Systems Engineer is responsible for effectiveinstallation/configuration, provisioning, operations, monitoring,and maintenance of cloud based systems which include hardware, software andother related infrastructure to support video applications. The individualwill support multiple teams which include development, engineering and labteams and will provide technical support to enable continuing innovationwithin the cloud infrastructure. This team provides 24x7 support for the VideoOperations department.Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for operating and maintaining health of Video Operationsapplications Deploying code to the applications, and ensuring success Identifying and correcting monitoring and alerting gaps to prevent outage Maintain accurate record keeping of system architecture Perform change work under Change Management guidelines Provide 24x7 triage support by way of on-call rotationSkills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree (BA/BS) from four-year College or university; orequivalent training or education or experience. Solid experience within Linux Systems Engineering Background and experience working with Cloud infrastructure technologies.
