Serve as team member of the Systems Engineering Integration Team (SEIT) for the F-35 Training System (TS) Program. The SEIT provides systems engineering oversight and coordination across the TS Program’s multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and functional disciplines.
Specific job responsibilities include SEIT Systems Engineering support: Participation in architecture reviews, review, optimization, and implementation of engineering processes and procedures, execution of formal risk analysis and metric programs, participation in change board and baseline management activities, and support of requirements analysis.
Basic Qualifications Undergraduate engineering degree from an ABET accredited program (or BS in Math, Physics, Chemistry or Computer Science). Multidisciplinary experiences across the much of the system lifecycle. Fast learner, analytical, multidisciplinary; able to conceptualize a complex system at multiple levels of abstraction from high level to very detailed, depending on what is necessary for a given problem.
5 years of relevant general engineering and/or system engineering professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
Desired skills Training System application domain experience. INCOSE ASEP Systems Engineering Certification. MS degree in a general engineering / technical discipline.
